Inter-Canopy LED Haze Cultivation

๐ŸŒฟ Cultivation First mentioned: Ep. 260

A novel cultivation technique using only side-mounted inter-canopy LED lights at four levels with no overhead lighting to grow tall haze varieties, achieving 4 kg per square meter per year of dry flower at only 200 watts per square meter by exploiting the plant's natural tendency to redirect energy upward.

Developed by Inexo in Netherlands. Four levels of inter-canopy lights with top lights switched off. Top half of plant received only ambient light under 50 micromoles but main flowers developed normally because illuminated middle section redirected energy upward. Solves the problem of tall haze plants where overhead light cannot penetrate to lower buds. Data-driven approach with rigorous yield measurements calculated as grams per square meter per year.
