An early improvised dabbing device originating from Nelson, BC's Holy Smokes crew in the early 1990s. Consisted of a glass pipe connected via tube to a glass bell positioned over a propane-acetylene torch with a metal spoon clamped and bent over the flame. Hash oil was dropped onto the heated spoon and vapor was inhaled through the pipe.

Named after a mayor in the Kootenay region. Predated modern dab rigs by nearly two decades. Described by Marble Slinger as his first dab experience circa 1999 in Vancouver with Bubbleman. Had no temperature control — estimated 1100°F hits.
