Swami tells the origin story: Lars Ruden brought seeds from Swiss geneticists to Wade's indoor grow, and of the entire batch only one seed sprouted -- which turned out to be a CBD-dominant phenotype. Wade saw this as cosmically ordained. The Harlequin cultivar earned recognition from High Times in 2008 and 2020. Reuben Valenveras mentions growing Harlequin extensively in Europe.
