Contaminant Sensitivity

🩺 Medicine First mentioned: Ep. 022

The phenomenon where experienced cannabis consumers develop heightened physical reactions to contaminants in cannabis, including pesticide residues (Avid, Forbid), chemical nutrients, and sprays trapped in trichome resin, manifesting as headaches, nausea, or stomach pain.

In Ep 022, Cuban Grower reports getting a migraine from smoking questionable hash at a glass studio. Bubbleman explains that once you remove contaminants from your own supply and become hyper-aware, tiny exposures to sprays, finishers, or chemical foods cause headaches and sickness. This is cited as a reason why he does not smoke everyone's hash.
