CBD Oil

A cannabis-derived oil preparation rich in cannabidiol (CBD), a non-psychoactive cannabinoid. Used therapeutically for epilepsy, inflammation, anxiety, and other conditions, often administered sublingually or in capsule form.

In episode 031, CBD oil was the specific product used to treat Nia's Dravet Syndrome. Jessica Hawkins reported that a 0.3ml dose of CBD oil resulted in dramatic improvement: seizure cessation for four days, restored mobility, and first words asking for food.
